The short answer
KinPay records and manages agreements between people who know each other. It does not lend, fund, introduce lenders or guarantee repayment.
What KinPay does
- Helps you write down clear terms before money moves.
- Lets both people negotiate and agree those terms.
- Records that both people signed the same agreement.
- Tracks the repayment schedule and what has been repaid.
What KinPay does not do
- It does not lend money or fund requests.
- It does not find lenders or introduce you to strangers.
- It does not guarantee that money will be repaid.
- It cannot force anyone to make a payment.
- It does not give legal, financial or debt advice.
- It cannot promise that an agreement is enforceable in every country.
