The short answer

From request to repayment

  1. 1One person creates a request: the amount, the repayment plan and the dates.
  2. 2It is sent to one specific person — nobody else sees it.
  3. 3That person reads the terms and accepts, declines, or makes a counter-offer.
  4. 4When both people are happy with the same terms, both sign.
  5. 5The agreement becomes active and the repayment schedule starts.
  6. 6Repayments are recorded and confirmed, so both people see the same balance.
In many cases the money itself moves by ordinary bank transfer. KinPay still holds the agreement and the repayment record.
